Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes

Learning to walk & speak and the continued growth spurts have really taken a toll on me lately. As a result, I decided it was time for a little R&R and made my first trip down to the southern Caribbean isle of Turks and Caicos. ¡muy hermoso! The pristine beaches, electrifying blue waters, and local fare provided just the getaway I needed. Below are a few pictures from my trip.

So this is what they mean when they say:
La vida es una playa.

Preferred mode of travel.

Mommy and Me.

Where did that pesky lizard go?

I think it was Thoreau who said:
“My life is like a stroll on the beach...as near to the edge as I can go.”

Jonas,

It looks like you had a great time at the beach--your smiles say it all! Did you see any lobsters? Can't wait to hear you say lobster. It looks like you've grown so much since I saw you last. See you soon.
