Happy Meal?

I think not. I got beat up on the McDonald's playground...

Here are the pictures of my time in McDonald's Playland before the incident.

Daddy said it was an accident, but that kid ran over me like a 50 pound linebacker, and didn't even slow down.

After that, I pulled my shoes out of the shoe cubby, said 'Bye!' to everyone I saw and I was out of there.

More from St. John's

Here are some more pictures from our recent trip to St. John's in the US Virgin Islands.

Here are a few pictures of the view from the house we rented

Here are a few shots of me posing for the camera

Some of the sights from driving around the island

Here is a picture of my buddy the donkey. He was my favorite, but we also saw goats, sheep, deer, chickens, pelicans, sting rays and fish on our trip.

And some shots of our boat trip

This is a picture of the house we rented (in the middle of the picture). We were told that the houses you see at the top are the islands low-income housing.

This is a shot of me drying off (and napping) from 2 huge waves that engulfed daddy and I while we were sitting on the front of the catamaran. I was not happy.

And here is a picture of a castle that someone decided to build on the island.

Giddy Up!

I wanted to tell everyone about one of my new favorite activites, or maybe I will show you...

Now, that's some fancy riding! Don't you think?

From One Ocean to Another

We just came back from our vacation to St John's Island last week (US VI). My parents wanted me to see the Pacific ocean too. The blue, calm, warm ocean I was used to had turned into a brown, rough, and cold ocean. Maybe it will be warmer in the summer.

I really liked watching the waves!

Daddy did too!

Maybe I will take up surfing! Anyone know where I can get a wet suit? Size 2T

Beach Dwelling

A week of beach dwelling in the south Caribbean was certainly a nice way to start our new year. Not only did I get to sing my favorite song (“Happy Birthday to You”) twice on this trip but I also got to make some new friends and eat some great food. As you can see from the pictures below though, beach dwelling is not for the faint of heart – it really takes it out of you!

The lovely Trunk Bay

At least I made it to the car!

Is there a better way to end a day of beach dwelling?

A Breezy day on the Bay

I spent my first day in San Francisco biking across the Golden Gate bridge and eating a yummy lunch of fish sticks, french fries, and hot chocolate with homemade marshmellows at Fish.

I plan to do this trip again when the weather warms up a bit. Here are some photos from our adventure...

Here we are on a pier just down from the famous Pier 39.

It was colder than it looks in this picture!

Life on the 2,869-mile Road...

...IS OVER!

I am happy to report that our cross country trip from Dayton, VA to Palo Alto, CA is over. As you can see from my smile below, our first meal at our new house was long awaited.

Dinner on the road, somewhere in the middle of Arizona...

Dinner at home in Palo Alto, CA!
