Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes

Learning to walk & speak and the continued growth spurts have really taken a toll on me lately. As a result, I decided it was time for a little R&R and made my first trip down to the southern Caribbean isle of Turks and Caicos. ¡muy hermoso! The pristine beaches, electrifying blue waters, and local fare provided just the getaway I needed. Below are a few pictures from my trip.

So this is what they mean when they say:
La vida es una playa.

Where did that pesky lizard go?

I think it was Thoreau who said:
“My life is like a stroll on the beach...as near to the edge as I can go.”

If These Pictures Aren't Proof Enough...

"Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Santa Claus."
                                                        - Francis Pharcellus Church

This isn't scary at all.

Wait a second, this isn't my list!!!

MIA

It has been a long time since I have updated my blog and I am sure many of you have been thinking "I wonder what has been going on with little Jonas?" - Well, let's start with Halloween.

My parents, bless their hearts, tried to pick the perfect "cool" costume for a Halloween party we were set to attend. Now, I was thinking "cool costume", sure, Thomas the Train, Sponge Bob, a Super Hero, or one of the Transformers. Instead, they dressed as some sci-fi couple and put me into some sort of fluffy bear costume. They also tried to teach me to say "Yub Yub" - but I just couldn't do it...

Overall, the party was a hoot though. It was fun to see all my buds dressed up and the door-to-door candy extravaganza was a dream!

"Yub Yub" (or whatever...)

Where is that Wookie!!??!
